1.1. Welcome to the website of Rafael Hotels Ltd. (hereinafter: “the Company” or “the Chain”), Company Registration No. 514824705, a chain of apartment hotels in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
1.2. The use of this website and the services offered herein is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Browsing the website and/or ordering services through it constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The binding version of the Terms and Conditions is the one published on the website at the time of use.
1.4. In case of any contradiction or inconsistency between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and any other publications, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
1.5. The wording in these Terms and Conditions is in the masculine form for convenience only, but it refers to both women and men equally.
- Services Offered on the Website
2.1. The website provides information about the Chain’s apartment hotels, room and apartment bookings, availability checks, and additional related services.
2.2. The Company reserves the right to add, change, limit, or discontinue any service offered on the website, at any time and without prior notice.
2.3. The Company does not guarantee that the service on the website will be uninterrupted, provided regularly without interruptions, and/or will be immune from unauthorized access to the Company’s computers, damages, malfunctions, failures in hardware, software, or communication lines at the Company or any of its suppliers.
- Reservations and Payments
3.1. Booking an apartment or room through the website is subject to availability at the relevant accommodation unit on the requested dates.
3.2. The prices displayed on the website are in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT as required by law, unless otherwise stated.
3.3. To complete the booking, the guest will be required to provide personal details such as: name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card details to secure the reservation.
3.4. The Company may require a deposit or advance payment as a condition for confirming the reservation, according to the policy of the specific hotel.
3.5. Payment for the reservation will be made in accordance with the payment policy detailed at the time of booking.
3.6. The Company reserves the right not to approve reservations in cases of providing incorrect details, credit card issues, or for any other reasonable cause.
- Cancellation and Changes Policy
4.1. Cancellation or modification of a reservation will be made in accordance with the specific cancellation policy of each accommodation unit, as detailed at the time of booking.
4.2. Reservation cancellations must be made in writing only, by contacting customer service by phone or email, as detailed on the website.
4.3. Cancellation of a reservation not in accordance with the cancellation policy of the relevant hotel may result in cancellation fees according to the terms published in advance and/or in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
4.4. In case of cancellation by the Company, the full amount paid for the reservation will be refunded, but the Company will not bear any additional responsibility for indirect or consequential damages caused by the cancellation.
- Check-in/Check-out
5.1. Check-in and check-out times are detailed on the website and in the reservation confirmation, and may vary between the different hotels in the Chain.
5.2. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
5.3. The guest must notify in advance of the estimated arrival time, especially in case of late arrival (after 6:00 PM).
- Conduct at the Hotel Premises
6.1. Guests are requested to maintain quiet and public order, and to be considerate of other hotel guests.
6.2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and closed public areas, except in designated areas.
6.3. Pets are not allowed in the hotel, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific hotel.
6.4. Any damage caused to hotel property by the guest will be charged in full according to the cost of repair or replacement.
6.5. The Company reserves the right to terminate the stay of a guest who damages hotel property, other guests, or staff, without any refund.

7.1. The Company takes standard security measures to protect the personal information of website users.
7.2. The Company will not transfer the details of website users to third parties, unless required by law or for the purpose of providing the ordered services.
